What is EarSaver™?
EarSaver™ is the first software based “virtual” Ambionic™ music and soundscape player specifically designed to create background music and sound for all Macintosh compatible computers. EarSaver™ is a lot like an audio based screensaver. But unlike a screensaver, EarSaver™ can be used while you perform your normal everyday computing tasks, enhancing the time spent at your computer!!
What are Ambionics?
Working invisibly in the background, EarSaver’s virtual Ambionic™ soundscapes help to create a relaxing “Personal Audio Environment” and are the perfect audio background for professional and personal computing. A unique tapestry of soothing nature sounds and quiet musical textures, Ambionic™ soundscapes significantly increase concentration by masking outside noises and distractions and are highly effective in reducing the ear fatigue often caused by noisy computer fans and hardrives.
How does EarSaver™ work?
Once installed, EarSaver is totally self contained requiring no additional hardware or media for playback. Using a proprietary software based audio synthesizer, EarSaver™ will play a half hour stereo CD quality Ambionic™ "track" using less than 2 Meg of ram !! EarSaver™ is also incredibly efficient and can be used while all other programs are running without effecting computer performance! In addition, EarSaver™ does not tie up the hardrive or CD-Rom drive leaving them accessible for other important computing tasks. EarSaver™ is PowerPC native and compatible with all Mac, Mac Clones, PowerBooks and 68040 processors.

EarSaver™ comes complete with with two Albums, nine unique Tracks and over 4 hours of CD quality stereo Ambionic™ soundscapes. EarSaver's virtual Albums and Tracks are accessed and controlled using one of three fully functional, highly graphic Control Panels designed by one of the worlds leading computer game designers. Visually stunning, these control panels are both simple and intuitive making EarSaver™ an easy "plug in and play" product. EarSaver™ also includes built-in digital mixer that automatically mixes all audio signals, including those from Web Browsers and CD-Roms!! EarSaver™ is truly the perfect audio companion for working, surfing, business and home computing.

Incompatibilities:
Users taking advantage of Virtual Memory or RAM Doubler™ may experience occasional "dropouts" of EarSaver™ audio during intensive use of other applications. This is a problem inherent with the playback of most audio and video applications while using Virtual Memory. Under normal usage this incompatibility should not be apparent.
• Special Note Regarding this Sampler Edition of EarSaver™ •
Hello,
Thanks for trying this EarSaver™ Sampler Edition. This special “Sampler” version was designed to demonstrate how EarSaver™ works and provide a sample of the unique virtual Ambionic™ soundscapes played by EarSaver™. There are a number of things you should be aware of that have been altered in this Sampler Edition...
1- It does not require a Serial Number.
2 - It only contains one of the three highly rendered graphic control Panels.
3 - The “Repeat Track / Repeat Album” function that allows for uninterrupted background sound playback is disabled.
4 - The “Personal Album” function that allows you to create a special Album of your favorite tracks in any order is disabled.
5 - The enclosed “Sampler Album” contains three edited Ambionic™ soundscape Tracks. These Tracks have been shortened and some sound elements removed to make them smaller in size for a quicker download. The full blown version of EarSaver contains nine full length (30 min), high density Ambionic™ Tracks on two Albums, providing over 4 hours of background soundscapes .
